To start a campaign, a pet owner needs to have applied for Care Credit or Scratch Pay and been unable to secure that funding.
If you are a qualified, tax-exempt nonprofit, you may start a campaign at any time. In addition, you will have a personal landing page for donors to see all pets in need associated to your nonprofit.
